We specialise in outcomes -focused and personalised integrated recovery pathways for people with eating disorders, delivered in an amplified Supported Living service that offers community. Our specialist team includes Nursing (Clinical Leads), and qualified care staff.The model of care meets the holistic needs of individuals within a homely supportive environment: one that provides each person with an optimum level of support for their recovery.

Eligibility
- Women aged between eighteen (18) and sixty five (65)
- Women who are entitled to section 117 after-care will be under what is known as the Care Programme Approach (CPA)
- Have a diagnosed eating disorder and co morbidities
- Currently residing in a time limited service for people with mental health support needs.
- A history of long-term hospitalisation, a number of admissions to hospital or at risk of becoming institutionalised
- Currently residing in a time limited service for people with mental health support needs.
- Financial support needs, paying bills, shopping, budgeting, money management and accessing benefits including direct payments and personal budgets
- Activities of daily living support needs
- Medication support needs, promoting the safe and effective use of medicines and ensuring that suitable and high quality care is provided to residents
- The individual is currently in a mental health hospital and is ready for discharge.
- The individual agrees to continuing a programme of rehabilitation in Supported Living
- Vulnerable to abuse, exploitation from others, self-neglect or self harm
Recovery Plan
- Supporting service users to manage health and care in order to improve their mental state
- Ensuring service user plays a collaborative role in managing their health and care, hence having ownership of their day-to-day living
- Service users to have the opportunity and support to make decisions about their care and treatment in partnership with health professionals
- Monitoring of daily activities
- Therapeutic 1:1 Sessions with RMN weekly
- Ensuring adherence to Licence agreement and House Rules
